what monarch do you think is best? tell us whats your fav and why you think it is the best


my fav is raiza, and no, not coz he is rare, but coz you boot 1 card to the top of the deck, and then they draw it again, blocks em from drawing basicly

caius is th best coz he romer from play one card

nice one james lol, i will admit, caius is a good monarch, i think he's equal to raiza, almost, coz caius is more easy to get ya hands on, with raiza, it is hard to get your hands on, therefor, i find it a greater card, plus, why is caius better if u can have 3 in your deck, yet your restricted to 1 raiza?
